Arioo launches here on 20 October. The product page has 2 followers. I launched something else on Saturday with 3, and it finished the day on 1 upvote, so I know exactly what this number buys me. So I'm doing the run-up in the open, in this forum. Once a week: what I tried, what it did, and the number itself. Starting at 2. If you have launched here with a real audience behind you: what actually built it, and how long before the day did you start?
We're building Arioo for people who sell something themselves: a course, a coaching session, a box that ships. Checkout gets all the attention. I suspect the refund is where one person running a business spends their worst ten minutes, because there's nobody to hand it to. So if you sell alone: what's the first thing you do when a refund request lands? Refund straight away, ask why, offer something else?
We're building Arioo for people who sell something themselves and collect the money themselves. Not an agency, not a team. One person. What I keep hearing when I actually ask is that the selling isn't the hard part. Getting paid is. Chasing an invoice, a checkout that works in one currency and not the one your buyer has, a payout that lands two weeks after the work did. I'd rather build from what people actually hit than from what I assume, and I've assumed for too long. So walk me through it. How does someone pay you today, and where does it break?
