App Launch Forge Personal PC is a local beta for indie developers who fix the app, then get stuck on launch prep. Import a folder or ZIP; it skips dependency folders, build output, git metadata, env files, credentials, private keys, and large files while reading README, package data, UI text, and screenshots. It generates positioning, App Doctor checks, LP copy, SEO drafts, FAQ, social posts, multilingual descriptions, static site exports, plus Cloudflare Pages deploy and Netlify Drop packages.

Hi Product Hunt! I built App Launch Forge because finishing an app is only half the launch. The next steps are messy: explain the value, pick screenshots, write FAQs, draft SEO content, and prepare a simple site. This tool starts from the app ZIP, extracts the useful product signals, runs an App Doctor-style review, and generates practical launch assets locally. I would love feedback from indie makers on the workflow and what export formats should come next.

Update: App Launch Forge is now focused as Personal Beta. The workflow supports local folder import, safer analysis ZIP creation, Project History, Settings, a CLI launch-site generator, and Cloudflare Pages deploy through Wrangler.

The goal is still the same: help indie makers turn a finished app into practical launch materials without getting stuck on copy, screenshots, FAQs, SEO drafts, and publishing steps. I would love feedback on the folder-to-launch-site workflow.
