Anxiety Tracker - Panic attack journal: breathe now, see the pattern later

by•
Anxiety Tracker is an anxiety journal and mood diary built for panic attacks. While it happens: box breathing, cyclic sighing, 4-7-8 and 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, with a Live Activity on the lock screen. Right after: a one-minute record of intensity, symptoms, triggers and what helped. Over time: stats, an intensity calendar, GAD-7, PHQ-9, BAI, K10, DASS-21 and SIAS scored with their bands, and PDF reports for a doctor. Free, no account needed, records stay on your phone. 14 languages.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Alina, I designed and built Anxiety Tracker in Ukraine. The app started from a simple observation: most anxiety apps are built for the calm moments, when you can read, decide and set things up. A panic attack is the opposite of that. So the first screen you land on during an attack has one shape to follow (box breathing, 4-4-4-4), and nothing else to figure out. Cyclic sighing and 4-7-8 are there too, and a Live Activity keeps leading you from the lock screen. Then, right after, a one-minute record: how strong it was, what your body did (14 symptoms built in, add your own), what set it off, what helped. Mood is one tap on the home screen. And a worry journal where you write the fear down, pick a date, and later count how many of them never came true. Over weeks that turns into something you can actually show a doctor: an intensity calendar, days between attacks, and six standard self-assessments (GAD-7, PHQ-9, BAI, K10, DASS-21, SIAS) scored with their clinical bands. With an Apple Watch, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep fold into a daily resilience score. A few things I decided on purpose: • No account needed. Records are files on your phone with a backup in your own iCloud Drive; they never pass through a server of ours. • The AI assistant is off by default for your records. Turn sharing on and it already knows your week so you never have to retell it; turn it off again mid-conversation. • Free is not a trial. Tracking, breathing, sounds, three assessments and the worry journal are free forever. Pro is for the analysis afterwards: PDF reports, date-range analytics, the other three tests, custom symptoms and medications. iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Android, iOS 17+, 14 languages. 4.7 on the App Store from ~300 ratings. It is not therapy and does not pretend to be; it is a record and a set of tools to bring to one. Crisis lines for your country are one tap from the home screen. There's a free month of Pro for anyone here: redeem PRODUCTHUNT at . It renews at the normal price after, so cancel in Settings if it's not for you — and the free tier stays free either way, you lose nothing by trying. I'd love to hear what you'd want to log that isn't there yet, and what you'd want the Stats screen to answer. Thank you for taking a look.
