Where do your users get stuck in your help docs?

I'm building Answerly, an AI help center that turns existing documentation into direct answers with links to the source articles. It also generates an llms.txt file for your docs.

Before we launch, I'd love to learn how other founders and support teams handle a familiar problem: a user searches the help center, reads a few articles, and still ends up asking the same question in chat or email.

Where does this happen most often for your product? Is it hard-to-find articles, outdated docs, unclear answers, or something else? If you've found a way to fix it, I'd love to hear what worked.

Answerly - AI help center that answers, not just searches

Answerly turns your docs into an AI help center: visitors ask in plain English and get a direct answer — with sources cited. It also generates llms.txt so ChatGPT and Claude can find your product. Host it on your own domain. Plans from $49/month.
