What's your biggest pain point with sharing mobile builds for testing?

Hey PH community!

Before we launch tomorrow, I'm curious - what's the most frustrating part of your mobile QA/testing workflow?

For me it was always: client wants to test the latest build 30 min setting up TestFlight they don't accept the invite repeat.
