I am a founder of Aevai Health, and we help people monitor their health - we have made AI assistants for research organizations, patient societies (Diabetes), and now we are launching our own app! I am personally using Alva to understand which workouts help me become fitter faster, to help me reach my goal of running a 5K. I specifically use it to understand when is the best time for me to run (depending on meals, time in the day), and to check if I am overtraining to avoid shin splints and runner's knee. It gives me an impression of how I am progressing, considering what is typical for an adult female.
