Alphagent - Your OpenClaw’s Personal Stock Research Agent

Built this because general-purpose AI tools are useful for brainstorming, but they’re often weak when you want focused answers about stocks and public companies. I wanted OpenClaw to be able to ask a dedicated financial research tool questions like: what changed after earnings, how do two companies compare on valuation, what are the key near-term risks, or what context actually matters for a stock right now. That was the core problem: bringing sharper stock and equity research directly into an existing agent workflow instead of bouncing between tools. The process got simpler as I worked on it. The initial idea had more surface area, but I kept narrowing it down to one clear job: make OpenClaw better at stock research through a single focused plugin powered by Alphagent. The result is a straightforward way to add stock and equity research into OpenClaw without adding extra workflow overhead.
