I used GPT-6 Astra in Codex to build AllPersonas: a face for your AI agent. The biggest unlock was making a complete, reusable SDK practical to build, with six characters, 24 expressions, speech support, and integration across web frameworks. These pieces need to work together: the character's expression, speaking state, and mouth movement all respond to the conversation. Astra helped me turn that idea into working code and iterate on the system. The result is a toolkit developers can connect to their own agents, models, and voices, with a playground and starter app to help them get started.
