Hi everyone! I'm Kavya, a high school student and the founder of Align. I built Align because I was experiencing the same problem many students face: being asked to make major decisions about careers, college majors, and future goals without having enough exposure to what those paths actually look like. Most tools I found were personality quizzes that gave generic results but didn't help me understand whether I would actually enjoy or succeed in a career. The idea became even clearer after attending HOBY, a state leadership conference, where I met students from incredibly different backgrounds who were all asking similar questions about their futures. As a student founder, I've spent the past year interviewing students, testing prototypes, and running workshops to better understand what young people actually need from career guidance. I'm excited to finally share Align with all of you and would love any feedback or questions!
