Shop owners: how do you keep track of stock across more than one branch?
We are Algoramming Systems, and tomorrow we launch Algonize, our business management app for shops and service businesses: https://www.algonize.xyz
Before we built it, we kept running into the same thing with the owners we talked to. They knew exactly how much they sold today. Ask them what stock was sitting in their second branch, and the answer was usually a phone call to a staff member.
So we built Algonize around that gap:
• POS billing with thermal receipts and PDF invoices • Inventory per branch, showing available and used stock separately • Orders and delivery tracking, from placed to doorstep • Multi-branch controls, with VAT, service charges and delivery fees set per branch • Customers and loyalty points in one profile • An online storefront with your own URL
It runs on Android, iOS, Mac, Windows and web, and every feature works on every platform. That includes thermal receipt printing directly from the browser, which took us the longest to get right.
If you want to try it before launch day, the app is already available here: https://www.algonize.xyz/download There is a 15-day free trial, no card needed.
We would rather hear from the people who deal with this daily than talk about ourselves.
Two questions for you:
How do you track stock right now when you have more than one location? Notebook, spreadsheet, or software that only half fits how you work?
If you tried business software before and dropped it, what made you stop? That answer is more useful to us than any feature request.
We launch here tomorrow at 12:01 AM PDT. Happy to answer anything about the product in the meantime.
