AIRNOTE - Share the moments you're in, Discover the moments nearby

by
Hey everyone! I'm Uday Kiran from India, and I built AIRNOTE. AIRNOTE is a new social app where you can share what's happening around you—what you see, what you experience, and the moment you're in—and discover what people in your neighborhood, city, and around the world are sharing too. If you're interested, I'd love for you to try it, share your first moment, and let me know what you think. Your feedback will help me make AIRNOTE better!

👋 Hey Product Hunt! I'm Uday Kiran, a solo developer from India, and I'm excited to finally share AIRNOTE with you. The idea came from a simple question: "What if there was a place where you could instantly see what everyday life is like in different neighborhoods through the people who are actually there?" Most social apps are centered around opinions, entertainment, or carefully curated highlights. I wanted to build something different. AIRNOTE is for sharing the moment you're in. It could be: A coffee shop that's surprisingly good today. A crowded college because of exams. Heavy traffic on your way home. Beautiful weather in your city. A local event. Or simply something interesting you experienced today. These aren't headlines—they're the everyday moments that make a place feel alive. AIRNOTE is still in its early days, and I'm building it step by step. Every piece of feedback helps me improve the product. I'd love to know: Was the purpose of AIRNOTE clear? What was your first impression? What would make you open it again tomorrow? Thank you for taking the time to check it out. I truly appreciate your support and feedback. ❤️ — Uday Kiran

Congrats on the launch Uday. One thing I'd love to see is a way to filter the feed by mood or vibe, like calm, hype, or thoughtful. It would make scrolling through moments feel more personal and help me find the right energy when I open the app.

Thank you so much! That's a really interesting idea. I like the thought of helping people discover different kinds of moments. AIRNOTE is still in its early stages, so I'm keeping the experience simple for now, but I'll definitely keep this in mind as the community grows. Thanks for the suggestion! 😊

honestly the concept is really cool, kind of like a hyperlocal plus global mix. one thing i'd suggest is adding mood or vibe filters, so you can browse what people nearby are sharing but filter by stuff like "chill" or "hype" or "funny." would make discovering moments way more fun and less random scrolling.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate that. 😊 I'm glad the core concept resonated with you. That's an interesting idea—helping people discover different kinds of moments without losing the simplicity of the feed. AIRNOTE is still in its early stages, so I'm keeping the experience focused for now, but I'll definitely keep this in mind as the community grows. Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! ❤️

honestly the focus on hyperlocal discovery is a really smart angle, most apps go broad first and it ends up feeling empty. nice to see someone prioritize what people around you are actually experiencing first.

Thank you! 😊 I'm really glad the hyperlocal focus resonated with you—that's exactly what I wanted AIRNOTE to be. The goal is to help people discover everyday life through the moments shared by the people who are actually there. Thanks so much for your support! 🙌

love the concept of sharing hyperlocal moments, one thing that would help a lot for me is a basic mood or vibe filter when browsing, something like chill, happening, or quiet, so i can find posts that match what im in the mood for instead of scrolling through everything mixed together

Thank you so much! 😊 I'm really glad you like the hyperlocal concept. That's a thoughtful suggestion, and I can see how different ways to discover moments could become valuable as the community grows. For now, I'm keeping AIRNOTE focused on making it easy to share and discover real moments, but I'll definitely keep your feedback in mind. Thanks for taking the time to share it! ❤️
