Really excited to finally share this launch with the community 🚀

This project started from a very simple problem:
ecommerce teams spend too much time on repetitive operational workflows.

We wanted to build an automation layer that works on top of existing CRM systems instead of replacing them.

Still a lot to improve, but today is an important first step for us.

Curious is NEXORA designed more for stores with an existing CRM setup, or can a shop start with it even if their operations are still pretty manual?

NEXORA is designed primarily as an automation layer on top of existing CRM systems, because CRM integration allows us to automate order confirmations, status synchronization, delivery workflows, and post-order communication much more efficiently.

However, stores with mostly manual operations can also start using the system gradually.

One of the goals behind NEXORA is helping ecommerce businesses move from manual operational processes toward scalable automation step by step, without forcing them to completely rebuild their infrastructure from day one.

So in practice, both models are possible:
• existing CRM-based workflows
• gradual automation for stores still operating manually

Over time we also plan to expand the platform into a more unified AI-driven ecommerce operations ecosystem.
