What enterprise AI use case are you most surprised hasn't been productised well yet?

Looking around the enterprise AI landscape, some categories feel saturated (customer support, sales prospecting). Others feel weirdly empty.

Empty categories I keep seeing:

- AI for procurement and vendor management

- AI for internal knowledge ops, beyond search

- AI for legal review of incoming contracts, not outbound
