I built AgentMingo because AI helped our small team write code faster, but keeping track of the work became a job of its own. We were constantly switching between Claude threads, Jira issues, and GitHub PRs to see what was running, blocked, or ready for review.
I wanted one place to start a task, let an agent work, and come back to review the results with the conversation, PR, and screenshots attached. Being able to do that from my phone meant I didn’t have to stay at my desk to keep things moving.
It started as something we needed for our 3 developers team. I’m sharing it because I think other developers are feeling the same pain.
