Adobe Kickbox - A proven innovation process in a self-contained kit

Employees at Adobe can request one of these to help them kick-start their ideas for new products or initiatives inside the company - it contains (amongst other things) a credit card preloaded with $1000, so they can start small without having to go through the bureaucracy of pitching their ideas. I think this is an awesome way to foster innovation, particularly for large organizations. There's a great write-up of it over here, and they've now open-sourced all the materials so everyone can use it!
