I built Addiem after noticing a small but costly failure in my own thinking: once an outcome arrives, I can explain almost any result in a way that makes the original decision sound more coherent than it was. Addiem keeps the “before” intact — probability, rationale, success and failure conditions, and a review date — so the process can be examined honestly later. It does not choose for you. I am looking for people who make decisions with delayed feedback and will tell me where the workflow is useful or too heavy.
