What makes a goal app feel helpful instead of judgmental?

I’m building Acta for goals that begin as something vague, before you know what the plan should be.
Instead of asking people to create a perfect plan, Acta asks a few adaptive questions, turns the answers into editable milestones and daily actions, then steps back.
I’m curious: when a goal app loses you, is it usually because of too much setup, too much coaching, or guilt from streaks? How much structure feels helpful before it becomes pressure?
I’m launching Acta today and would genuinely value examples from your own experience.
