Launching AboutMe.video this Wednesday, would love early feedback on our approach!

Hi everyone 👋 I'm Iggy, building AboutMe.video

The premise: get to know candidates with a 1 minute video before you interview them and let candidates show who they are beyond the resume.

Businesses launch a free careers portal and share a link anywhere (site, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, ATS...); candidates record once in the browser and reuse it everywhere. Free to start, no integrations.

We go live here this Wednesday. Two things I'd genuinely love input on:

1. For recruiters: would a 1-minute video before the first call actually save you time, or just add a step?

2. For candidates: would you record a video profile if it worked across every application?
