Recorded a quick intro on my laptop and the browser flow was genuinely painless, no app download or sign-in friction. Love that candidates can reuse one clip instead of repeating themselves. Pretty clever shortcut for small teams without an ATS.

We're trying to help people find jobs in a simpler, more human way: a video you own and reuse, instead of repeating yourself on every application.
LinkedIn and others for example are doing some kind of AI video hiring, but it's usually pricey and the clip isn't really yours to reuse. We built for the opposite, free for candidates, browser-only, no friction. Glad it felt smooth. Honest feedback always welcome!
how does the screening dashboard actually work when candidates submit videos β is there any way to filter or tag them, or is it pretty much a manual scroll through the inbox?
@hazalm11174Β great question! You can get a feel for it in one of the gallery screenshots (the candidate table view).
Right now candidates are tied to specific job posts, not a generic inbox. For each application you can rate with stars, add internal notes, and share candidates with teammates on your account, so it's more structured than a flat scroll, but still fairly lightweight.
We're actually looking at a pipeline-style view next (think CRM lead stages / kanban by phase β e.g. new β reviewed β shortlisted β rejected...) so you can move people through hiring stages instead of only scanning a list.
Since you've clearly thought about this: would filtering + tags be enough for you, or would you want full stage-based pipelines? Genuinely curious what you'd use day to day.
