Finally something built for the people actually running 8Ds on the floor. The containment log and action ownership in one register is exactly what we have been cobbling together in shared sheets for years.

Really solid concept for the people who actually live in NCR meetings. One thing I'd love to see is automatic linking between recurring NCRs and 5 Whys entries so patterns jump out across product lines or shifts. That kind of trend view would make audit prep way less manual.
