We build and look after WordPress sites for clients in Los Angeles and Kenya.

Most of that work isn't design, it's upkeep: The SEO titles nobody filled in, alt text, a contact form, a weekend sale, product photos, the weekly backup. Each one is a ticket, an invoice or an evening.

So we built WP AI Manager: an AI agent inside your WordPress admin. Run your site by chat, and approve every change.

What it does

  • Pages: edits Elementor and block editor pages (plus Beaver Builder Lite, SiteOrigin and the main block packs), with an assistant panel inside both editors

  • SEO: writes titles, descriptions and focus keywords in Rank Math, Yoast or Slim SEO

  • Store: WooCommerce prices, stock, category sales and coupons, always as a dry run first

  • Images (new in 1.3): "Generate 3 product images for the City Sneaker" creates them with your own provider, sets the product image and gallery, and writes the alt text

  • Forms: builds contact forms in Contact Form 7, WPForms, Fluent Forms, MetForm or Gravity Forms

  • 12 Playbooks: blog post, SEO meta, alt text, find & replace, landing page, brand colors, category sale, 404s, health check, backup, contact form. Run each as Ask (in chat), Guided (a short form first) or Automate (a scheduled task), or open one from the WordPress command palette (⌘K)

  • Scheduled tasks: preview-first runs with an email summary; if a plugin a task needs goes missing, the run tells you why

  • Your brand: save colors, fonts, tone and audience once; a drawer shows exactly what the AI knows

  • Three risk levels: small edits run with an Undo, broad or destructive changes wait on an approval card, anything off-limits never runs

  • Every change lands in History with where it came from, and rolls back in one click

  • Large changes need a verified backup first, and a restore can be reverted for 24 hours
