Explore a 1,000 alternative song sonic archive. 10 tracks a year from 1930 to 2030. This isn’t just my archive, it’s a template for yours. you can update the site with any songs. The site can be downloaded and used completely offline. In create collection you can add any songs. The site can then be downloaded and can be kept forever as a standalone file. I have also added in a few fun things where you can scroll through time using the radio or find songs and name that tune.

I wanted to map 10 songs a year I like 1930 to 2030. I did it because I wanted to reconnect with music in a personal way. The interface is built on lists that look up 30-second previews to emulate the tactile experience of tuning an old radio dial. The focus is entirely on sound. I then added the timeline, and the options for users to paste in their own songs and save offline with their selections.
