Chats, journals, teammates

gm legends

Today: folders and search laid over all four chatbots at once, a journal that locks at eight so you can't tidy it up later, and an AI teammate that takes sales work off you in Slack.

Combine ALL the AIs
  • AI Toolbox 3.0Search, organize and export every AI chat in one place

AI Toolbox gives ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok the folders and the search box none of them ever shipped, so the chat you know you had somewhere turns up from one query, which beats opening four tabs and scrolling each one. Adi Leviim started it two years ago with $32, enough for a cheap VM and the Chrome developer fee, and it's on 40,000 users with no funding behind it. Asked how much time it actually saves, he did the arithmetic out loud, landed on an hour or two a week, and said he'd rather understate it than sell you a headline number.
  • SurveyMonkeyYour best decisions start with listening

SurveyMonkey now asks your customers questions in conversation, the way a person actually would, and hands the answers back already analysed. Nobody fills in a grid of radio buttons voluntarily. It benchmarks your numbers against companies in your space, so you find out whether your score is good or quietly terrible, and it plugs into ChatGPT and Slack so the feedback lands where you already argue about things, with no research team to hire and no fieldwork to wait on. • at8pmYour honest journal

at8pm is a journal that locks at eight in the evening, so whatever you got down that day is what stays there. Vince Urag wanted what he actually felt at the time, not the tidier version you write when you're remembering it a week later. Every other journal lets you go back and edit, which he thinks makes it far too easy to quietly rewrite your own history, and this one keeps the lot in your own iCloud where nobody else can read it either.

  • TadataThe AI employee in Slack that reads the room.

Tadata is an AI teammate in Slack, and what it's good at right now is finding you leads, so you describe the sort of person you're after and it goes hunting through your own tools plus LinkedIn and Google Maps. If it comes back with the wrong ones you reply telling it what to fix, the way you would with a new starter. Tori Seidenstein's team built FastAPI-MCP before this, which picked up 12,000 GitHub stars and 70 million downloads, and it taught them that handing an agent tools and having one you'd actually trust are separate problems.
