SpaceX steers into Microsoft
gm legends. Itâs Sunday.
This week: Cursor makes its own version of GitHub, three new tools to make your next doctorâs visit smoother, which channels actually convert for B2B, and pay to get your product roasted (and seen).Â
We wonât roast you, legend. Read on.
P.S. Launching soon? Weâd love to hear about it â editorial@producthunt.co đŤś
Put your Cursor on it
Cursor is either sick of GitHub or secretly obsessed with it.Â
Probably both.
The SpaceX-owned AI coding company debuted Origin this week. Origin just so happens to do all the things Microsoftâs GitHub doesâbut hopefully without the outages. Itâs a place to collaborate on codebases and manage pull requests.
And you didnât even have to use it instead of GitHubâthe two are interoperable.
The launch landed in the top-10 of our weekly leaderboard, and it wasnât the only new Dev Tool from an established name to go live this week
Here are three more:
- fx is Vercel's new open-source coding agent, but itâs super tiny. At 6 MB, itâs probably smaller than that Sabrina Carpenter MP3 youâre listening to. Itâs up and running in almost literally no time and acts like a Unix tool instead of an IDE.
- Router by Ramp puts one endpoint in front of every major LLM and picks the cheapest one that meets your standards.Â
- Zoho Cliq 7.0 is a collaboration tool from the business software behemoth. It comes with no-code dev tools so less-technical folks can build work automations by dragging and dropping.

Health conscious
If thereâs one thing everyone can agree on, itâs that there are no problems with healthcare systems. Oh, sorry, I typed that wrong because of my broken finger and bad eyes; I meant the opposite.Â
Medical records are just one part of the issueâyouâre doing nothing but filling out forms in the office and online, and then your information (and labs) disappear into a black hole that your other healthcare providers canât access.
A few new products are tackling the issue:
- Hubble says it can âretrieve medical records other APIs canât.â Itâs designed to help providers quickly and easily gather a patientâs medical records in one place.Â
- Finch is focused on the patient side, collating your records and giving you a clear picture of what was determined and decided at each appointment.Â
- Kin is an AI notetaker for recording medical conversations. It gives you a summary you can share with family, then deletes the transcript for privacy.Â

The 10 Highest-Converting B2B Channels in 2026
by Imed Radhouani, Rankfender
The B2B conversion landscape in 2026 looks very different from what it did three years ago. Here is what the data says [about conversion hierarchy]:
- Review sites (G2, Capterra): 12-18% SQL-to-close rate. Buyers arrive already comparing vendors.
- Referrals/word-of-mouth: 10-15%. Pre-vetted by trust before first contact.
- Product-Led Growth: 9% median free-to-paid conversion. 25%+ with PQL.
- Webinars (live): 22-33% CTA conversion. High-engagement webinars hit up to 69%.
- AI search (GEO/AEO): 4-5x higher conversion than traditional organic. One B2B study found AI-referred traffic converted at 7.12% vs 1.37% for organic. Another found 14.2% for AI traffic.
- Quora: 2-5% conversion. 35% of B2B decision-makers answer questions on Quora.
- Reddit: 0.3-1.5% post-to-customer conversion in fit subreddits. CPC of 0.50-2.00 vs LinkedIn's $8-10+.
- Organic search / SEO: 2.4-2.6% lead conversion. Ruler Analytics puts average organic conversion at 4.9%, with software at 7.9%. Organic search leads close at 14.6% vs 1.7% for outbound.
- LinkedIn: 2-3.5% lead conversion. Builds authority, weaker alone for closing.
- Meta ads: 1-3% closed-won. High volume, weaker B2B deal quality.

Redefining 'fun'
Not everything needs to make you more productive, optimize your output, or solve a nagging life problem. Here are two fun projects that launched this week on Product Huntâplus one from the archive that brought us joy:
roastme.gg: âI got tired of my friends roasting my side projects for free, so I built a way to charge them for it. roastme.gg takes an X handle or a website, and for whatever you're willing to pay ($1 up to actual four figures), Claude rips it apart in one or two sentences based purely on the name and the vibe, no scraping your posts or content, just a cold read. It then posts publicly to a leaderboard ranked by price paid, with a shareable card for X. The fun part is the economics: pay more, get roasted harder, and your spot on the wall is basically a public confession of how much you wanted to be humbled.â -Â Alex Cloudstar
Expeditione: âCreated by a single person, Expeditione is an Interactive 3D Encyclopedia built to make learning fun and memorable. Instead of simply reading about a subject, you can enter handcrafted, explorable worlds and discover them through interaction. It runs directly in the browser, with no login, ads, or tracking, and is optimized to stay remarkably lightweight. The first three expeditions are free forever, with free educator resources for classroom use.â - Aureon de Veyra
Focumon (August 2024): âAs an indie developer, I've created Focumon to combine gamification with customizable productivity tools, making [it] fun to stay motivated. You can earn rewards, level up, and enjoy a unique, engaging way to stay on track with your goals.â - Milton Ren
