... guys. I am Damir, and for the past 10 months I am building a project named AGIRAILS, which is an open-source trust and settlement layer for agent to agent transactions. So, the idea to test settlement over email came when I found out about YC startup AgentMail - they have built pretty smart email solution for agents. Since I was in hosting/email industry for decades, it resonated  a lot - could it be possible to use such a "boring" protocol ... ... today.
