Why do most fintech products not use OAuth? (Sign up w/ Google, Twitter, etc.)

I've noticed that a lot of fintech websites, or even crypto exchanges, don't offer the ability to signup with Google, Twitter, etc. They all use their own native method for email signups. Why is this?

I am guessing it is because of privacy. It money is involved, you need real data from people, not a Twitter login with a fake user name.

It is difficult to say for sure why some of the projects do not use this method of registration or authorization. I have seen many modern projects that allow this to be done. Also, when my business was looking for a fintech software development company, we also discussed the issues of simply logging in to a new application.
