A great team has its own rituals that create space for culture, creativity, and just stepping out of the grind if only for a moment. What are good one's you've seen or been a part of? Doesn't have to be about the work - often these are more about the people.

What a great question!! Looking forward to hearing from others.
At my last job our main work hours were from 9AM to 6PM.
- On Fridays at 5PM (unless there was something urgent going on), our team would all get together in our common area for the last hour of the week and hang out and talk about things not going on at work (beer and wine available for those that wanted).
