What type of CVs are expected?

As a recruiter, would you rather see a CV that has more colors, an image, and maybe a more complex design or a simple black CV that shows everything clearly as a recruiter?

I always wonder how my CV looks in the eyes of recruiters. It is a nice question to get some thoughts from recruiters.

In my opinion, the CV should be very minimal, the jobs and projects you are involved in, and the skills and duties you have gained in these jobs should be briefly stated.
In addition, it should be included in your information in a short and summary form, divided into classes.
If this is not enough, write a cover letter on a separate page.
The best CV format for a job in 2022 is, without a doubt, reverse chronological format. It puts your work experience and professional achievements at the heart of your job application, precisely what recruiters and hiring managers expect from a candidate.
