Medicine. I fee like anyway psychosomatic pain and disorders is on the rise, with AI giving inaccurate diagnoses, it will become a nightmare to manage.

@_aneeshgupta_ oh my gosh, that really does sound scary! I've heard of a few folks investigating AI use cases for medicine, and it is always met with a lot of scrutiny. I wonder if this will be the first area to see regulation?
@_aneeshgupta_ wow great point re psychosomatic pain! I *may* have some webmd tendencies that I know are not good but just hard to resist 😂🫠 and AI can def make it way worse.
@yannell_selman in terms of fear, outside of medicine I'd probably say financials. I feel like the stock market and economy are already heavily impacted by technology. I fear AI will only throw a huge wrinkle into this.
From more of an annoyance, I'm already getting pretty annoyed with the impact on customer support, cold outreach, etc. I need that personal touch of talking to a real human sometimes!!
@bedford_west wow yes customer support ! And so much more noise on sales stuff/cold outreach! But the customer support one is huge. It’s just so nice to talk to a real human.
I don’t dread any specific AI use-case. I think AI is this new shiny tool made by us, and it will enable us to build and invent at an entirely new level. So I see it as progress. Adapting to this shift isn’t easy, I agree. What i may “dread” is losing touch with the old way of doing things, and missing that comfort.
