I'm an engineering leader with over 15 years of experience. Over 10 years of this experience has been leadership at growth-stage startups across a number of industries, including SaaS, government and academic research, and consulting. I have a passion for supporting people, and I joined Cultiveit at Co-founder and CTO to align this passion with my capabilities and strengths as an engineer and leader. At Cultiveit, we are disrupting the HR space by bringing new technological approaches like AI and automation toward solving burnout and wellness issues at work.
