Focus on solving a real problem. The most successful startups are those that address a genuine need or pain point in the market. All this true! But nothing will help if you spent time and money building something no one want. I think it is the biggest challenge for every early startups. I strongly believe that in early days you should do all and only things that help to find what people want and willing to pay. The best prove is money in the bank, no money - iterate.
