1. There must be people who have the biggest pain due to the problem you are trying to solve. Form some hypothesis of who those types could be. 2. Mine your family, friends, social networks for those types. If 1 is not clear, go broader on 2. Hope that helps. Wish you the best.

Great storytelling and use-case specific examples. Explain a certain activity in detail and fix a pain quickly and easily.

Hey kajal, The following strategy helped me a lot. You can try it too. 1. Make a list of your personal connections who qualify as your target customers. Request their feedback on your product. Their inputs would not only show you direction but you might end up getting first few customers also. 2. Write down a persona of your target audience and do a cold outreach to them on linkedin - again asking for feedback. Here, make sure that you dont ask for feedback or start selling the product in the first message. First connect with them - tell them what you do and how you respect their experience/ expertise on something - ask for feedback. Make sure that you always charge for your product, even if a nominal amount. Also, be a good listener. Be open to their feedback without countering all their points. Remember - you dont have to win the conversation - you have to win them! Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any follow up questions :)

1. Posted on LinkedIn 2. I talked with people who I thought would be my target audience to understand if the problem I was solving was a problem. 3. I also put up a pre-launch site for emailemu.com, which got about 40 people to sign up After all of this, I confirmed that the idea had a market. Bonus: If there are already competitors in the space, then in a way, they have already done the product validation for you. Hope this helps!
