What project management tool do you and your team currently use?

Hey, I wanted to open this kind of discussion for many reasons. Me and my team used Trello for a long time but now Trello has so many bugs and became a bad platform. Than we placed all of our tasks in another system called Gitea, used Gitea for a few months, not that it had any bugs but a system with too many clicks. It just took the time that a project management tool should not take! Than me and my team decided to take a step forward and build our own project management tool called CompanyQueen! We haven't gone live yet but we are going to be soon. In the testing stage it's looking pretty good and promising. I think wasting time on bad project management tools has come to an end because CompanyQueen is another level. Check out CompanyQueen.com and join the waiting list by submitting your email :D

We're using Notion for project management, as it integrates well with our existing tools and allows for easy collaboration across different departments.

For our team, Asana and Trello are really helpful.

@nayaksatya_sg In 2 weeks max we will launch CompanyQueen, if you like you could ggive it a look and you will decide your self whether to use it or not. I doubt you will search for another one though :DD

@oleg_eltsov Haven't used Jira yet, but since we are launching our own I probably won't use any others. But anyways good to know :D

Notion / Slack for all things internal. We might need to reevaluate how we use notion if and when we hit scale. Slack we use for back and fourth re: threads to that are used to discuss specific topics

@dzaitzow Yeah, I can see a lot here suggesting Notion. Is it hard working in two different platforms or do you find it easier ?

@tigerteamx Well Notion is very similar to products like Clickup and I use it instead of google docs for long form creation ie: building email copy, affiliate strategies, notes on competitors etc. Frankly I don't use too many templates or project management but I know many who do that love it. I think a lot of these PM softwares are comparable: Asana, Evernote, Monday.com, Clickup - Its about picking one and sticking with it lol. Slack is just a requisite from a business standpoint at this point. Its the best communication tool for internal comms and I don't think its close.
