I tell myself that all the great things in life are on the other side of discomfort. Plus, who doesn't love a good challenge? It's like a game of hide and seek, but the prize is success instead of a mediocre hiding spot 😌

@realvladgolub 💯 agreed. Have been working in corporate and would have been able to climb the traditional ladder, but learning wise, this journey is another level.

Passion and need are really the two most important factors that motivate me to keep going.
I love creation, especially something that can be of help to others but also at the same time I need my platform to pay off as I had left my job for working on it.

Yes indeed, although the journey seems long and even frustrating at times, I always have this feeling within myself that there will come a day when my platform reaches the peak it deserves.

Great question! There are a couple of things that motivate me to keep going. Firstly, I am incredibly passionate about the product that I am working on, which is my Pomodoro app. I strongly believe that this app can help people to be more productive and achieve their goals, and that motivates me to continue working on it.
In addition to that, my destination also serves as a source of motivation for me. I have a clear vision of where I want to be in the future, and I know that the work that I am doing now is helping me to get there. This motivates me to keep pushing myself and striving for excellence in everything that I do.

We've been working on Ruumio for quite a while now, and while we definitely love our own product, we didn't know how our users would react. So, we showed Ruumio to our first test users, and they were just genuinely excited. They used it so much that they used up all of our demo video minutes within a few days! This is incredibly rewarding, and I knew it's going in the right direction. Pure motivation.

Progress in things I am working on.
Seeing your work being used and improving over time with real human feedback is genuinely exciting. That's why I advocate for delivering things fast, getting real feedback ASAP, and iterating rapidly. Every bug fix, every new feature, and every small release is a motivator to keep going. You see how small steps get you closer to where you want to be.
Every morning I wake up and think, 'I can't wait to conquer the day!' And then I hit snooze for 30 more minutes. But eventually, the fear of being average motivates me to get up and get after it.
money and the freedom it gives. For me, the biggest motivation to keep going is the prospect of winning big money playing my favorite casino game - https://www.gambinoslot.com/slot.... I love the thrill of the game and the challenge of trying to beat the dealer. Of course, money is also a motivating factor. The idea of hitting it big and winning a massive payout is incredibly exciting and it's what keeps me coming back to the casino. I know that it's important to gamble responsibly and not let the desire for big winnings take over, but the dream of winning big is definitely what motivates me to keep playing

Great question. Internal and external motivators keep me going. Internally, it's my curiosity and the belief that I can add value, help solve problems, and in even a small way be of service. Externally, it's my family, friends, and our four rescue dogs that need food (and new toys!).
@mike_barzacchini Keeping curiosity and valuing how you can help others is a great way to stay motivated. Plus, having the extra motivation from family, friends and your fur babies is such a nice bonus!
