What kind of tools and supplements you use for your nutrition?

Since I'm going to start working out soon, I'm targeting to achieve the best version of myself and in the best way possible. What kind of tools you use to track your daily routine for sports, nutrition and work-life-balance? Do you use supplements, and which ones you recommend? Currently, I'm only supplementing vitamin D, following with whey protein and L-Carnitin.

I use lego figures and move them when I have done each of 10 sets of anything (plank, press ups, squat - I mix them up) during my day, I gave up supplements years ago I have not felt any difference, eat well though - good veg and protein, fruit and nuts - and I feel great Martin

@michael_gammon I'm happy to read you're doing just fine by just using natural nutrition. Go ahead and enjoy it. :)

I'm getting older Martin so having large muscles is not my priority these dasy - I would also reccommend paddelboarding - great for stress relief (we all need it here!) when on a lake, can also be a tough workout on the sea

I use a variety of tools and supplements for nutrition. Common tools include fitness apps for tracking meals, and supplements may include vitamins, protein powders, and other nutritional supplements based on individual health goals and needs. Always consult with a healthcare professional before adding new supplements to your routine.

Hey! Awesome goal! For tracking, I swear by fitness apps—they're game-changers. And kudos on Vitamin D! If you're into supplements, consider joint support. I've heard good things about https://physioflexpro.com/collec... they've got options with MSM, Turmeric, Glucosamine & Chondroitin.

However, even when using dietary supplements, you should not forget about regular healthy food. No supplement can replace a complete diet. I recommend using herbal supplements as a supplement. Here you can always find good supplements for women

@rosalie_steame you're right. I wouldn't replace a well-structured diet with supplements. Instead I would just fill up some missing vitamin and protein to support my diet. And Anyway, who doesn't like to eat?

In fact, I just monitor my nutrition, in particular the level of protein in my diet. I also take multisap and BCAA which help my body get the missing amino acids and vitamins
