I haven't tried Telegram but I use Slack for work purposes. But for casual talk with friends I use Discord and Messenger.
@adriel_cruz I started to use telegram about 5y ago. And as for me it is the fastest growing and changing app. Slack is also good, but really most for business and team chats as it is hard to explain to my parents and grandparents how to deal with its UI. Thanks for your reply!
I personally use WhatsApp most of time.
I use Telegram, Whatsapp, and Signal in my personal life - out of those three, Telegram is the winner for me! I also use Tira for work.
