What is your biggest fear in business?

I don't feel comfortable speaking in front of a crowd. It started at school, continued at university and is still there at work. It's getting better, but I still struggle with it. Any advice?

Financial instability, economic downturns, intense competition and the potential for failure. The fear of not meeting customer expectations or adapting to rapid technological changes is also common. Additionally, concerns about market trends, regulatory changes, and the overall uncertainty in the business environment can contribute to apprehension. Effectively managing and mitigating these fears often involves strategic planning, staying informed, and maintaining a flexible and adaptable business approach. On a personal level, I have transcended apprehensions within the realm of business. The initial phase can indeed be arduous, with a paramount realization being the inevitability of financial strain in the nascent stages. However, the crux lies in maintaining steadfast perseverance, firmly rooted in the belief that despite the initial financial constraints, sustained dedication to one's idea or project will ultimately yield favorable outcomes.

@iulia_horvath Yes, perseverance is certainly very important in addition to the many obstacles. If you keep your goal in mind, it can be a good motivation to get through the early-stage phase.
