How do you share gossip with your colleagues when you work from home?

I think sharing gossip is one of the most important things to build strong connections in a team. Most of the time I use the slack huddle or do a memo on whatsapp.

@iulia_horvath I totally agree with you, but on the other hand, think about your friends. Gossip is a part of live, everybody does it, especially with close friends. I think it also forms good relationships between colleagues.

@sehrish_rasool1 Discretion and respecting boundaries are two limits that everyone should observe. Psychologically speaking, gossip is not always a bad thing, it is just perceived as negative. Gossip is also asking what you did at the weekend or how your holiday was. These conversations are paste for good relationships between colleagues.

@denis_tl thanks for the definition. But can't you speak positive about other people and their lives? Thats what I mean if i say "positive gossip". In the future I will use the word small talk to be more clear.

Basically we have a general chat where we just discuss different topics and talk to each other, this is not a work chat, sometimes we even post travel photos and share moments.
