How do you share gossip with your colleagues when you work from home?

I think sharing gossip is one of the most important things to build strong connections in a team. Most of the time I use the slack huddle or do a memo on whatsapp.

@iulia_horvath I totally agree with you, but on the other hand, think about your friends. Gossip is a part of live, everybody does it, especially with close friends. I think it also forms good relationships between colleagues.
When I work from home at Alverna House, I share gossip with colleagues through messaging apps or virtual meetings. I ensure discretion and professionalism, respecting boundaries and avoiding harmful rumors. Keeping conversations light-hearted fosters camaraderie despite the remote setting, maintaining a positive work environment.

@sehrish_rasool1 Discretion and respecting boundaries are two limits that everyone should observe. Psychologically speaking, gossip is not always a bad thing, it is just perceived as negative. Gossip is also asking what you did at the weekend or how your holiday was. These conversations are paste for good relationships between colleagues.
I like how we talk about gossip and half the responses feel like GPT generated.
Also, personally I haven't been a part of a big team to do gossip.
