@janak_patel56 Thank you for the question. My previous comment was more about getting the product out of development than the sales, marketing, and lifecycle. I recently jumped into B2C from being in mid-range enterprise B2B solutions, so my first B2C product will soon hit beta! Since my current B2B enterprise solution company funds this pilot effort, I can use it as a learning opportunity without external funding pressure at this time. I am focused on identifying metrics for product-market fit and building a go-to-market strategy for the product journey. As far as revenue is concerned, we will launch using a freemium model, with the product available in free, pro, and business tiers. Since I am new to B2C, I have read many books, watched tons of videos on product-market fit, and talked to dozens of folks on X (formerly Twitter) who have been B2C founders of tech products. Based on that, I have identified the following as my priority for the upcoming launch: 1. Build an active user engagement backend – monitor and nurture new and existing users to ensure the monthly active user (MAU) number is increasing at a healthy rate. 2. Using product-market fit analysis, focus on (a) the primary ideal customer profile and (b) the secondary customer profile, identify the marketing funnels, and perform acquisition cost analysis. 3. Develop content to demonstrate and showcase the product. My product is a note-sharing platform that uses AI agents to enhance shared content safety for the recipients (public) and offers a gamified model for creators to gain actual subscriptions (email, phone) with complete data control anytime. This is taking up most of my time right now. 4. Launch beta with a series of marketing campaigns. This is how far I have come up with. Any advice or comments are much appreciated.
