My Co-Founder was laid off from Silicon Valley Bank during the collapse last year and created what is now Jobsolv (launching today!) to help him and his colleagues land new jobs without all the stress!

Due to the pandemic, we switched to a remote working model at our software agency. The collaboration on professional issues worked really well. But we very quickly realized that the physical distance had a very negative impact on the feeling of togetherness and the corporate culture. The employees no longer exchanged information outside of their work-related topics, and new employees no longer had the feeling of being part of a real crew.
