Web - vs code
Backend Web dev - IntelliJ
Mobile - Xcode
Web it’s light weight and with hot reloading super quick.
IntelliJ because of the plugins for Java are already there by default for code completion and has a good debugger.
Xcode for iOS native, since you have to.
Launching soon!
Fullstack dev - VSC,
AI/ML/DL - Jupyter Notebook/Colab
I prefer using Visual Studio Code for its user-friendly interface, extensive extension marketplace, and versatility across multiple programming languages.
Full stack dev - I'm using VS code
Mostly JetBrains IDEs, work very well fo me:
Python, Node, Web: PyCharm
Android: Android Studio
Visual Studio Code these days but also used Visual Studio in past
