Web - vs code
Backend Web dev - IntelliJ
Mobile - Xcode
Web it’s light weight and with hot reloading super quick.
IntelliJ because of the plugins for Java are already there by default for code completion and has a good debugger.

Python, Node, Web: PyCharm
Android: Android Studio
Visual Studio Code these days but also used Visual Studio in past
