What are your thoughts on the WeWork bankruptcy filing?

If I’m not mistaken, they are potentially going to file for chapter 11 which isn’t bad as chapter 7. I will say I am a little surprised. I thought throughout the pandemic they could have secured some great real estate rates and worked out deals with companies due to remote work.
