I personally struggle with the growing part. Sometimes it becomes a demotivating factor and keeping working on a product that doesnt gain traction is really hard

For me it would be sales...as a founder you have to be good at sales, talking about your product and selling it.

Properly communicating the product, especially if it is highly technical.
Small distractions that surround every feature decision along the way. Tiny papercuts on the way to launch.

Probably building the product itself!
QA, Quality assurance. Infrastructure. Building the USP in the first place. Iterating when you have customers is super hard. Iterating with zero customers is easy. Also convincing people to use your half baked product is hard.
