Do you use any sort of software (or hardware!) to help maintain healthy daily habits or routines? If so, what do you use and what are you tracking with it? Optionally - how do you know that it helps?

Screentime to keep my mobile time in check.

@rashjbp thanks! Is this with the goal of less screentime in general or specifically spending less time in certain apps? (Social media, for example)
Phone alarm to wake up on time and for actionable reminders.. How do I know if ti works? Stuff gets done.
