I use the very common technique. List down your task priority wise in a notebook starting with most difficult first and keep crossing it off.. EOD you will be happy.

MacOS "Notes" is still one of my top tools to use every day. I've tried so many notes/todo apps, but the native one is still a winner. Time management is a must-have skill. I know it's not a tool. But from my perspective, this is a good example, of when you can use your own methodology, techniques, and knowledge, so you even don't need any apps or tools to use. I would say my top list is:
- Gmail
- Notes
- Figma
- Zoom
- Chrome
For me, it's more than enough to do any task. For sure, I'm checking new apps on the market. But it's not always required to have 10, 20, or 50+ tools to be efficient. Sometimes less is better.
