It is a tough grind and the predicted economic winter is going to make it even harder.
I am genuinely curious if you are doing something specific to make sure your mental health and wellbeing is protected during these times?

I always do Leg Exercises and found this helpful for my mental health sometime i try to 20-30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 3-4 times per week.
