During a recession time, there are many positions that are freezing and with the arrival of generative AI, many companies only take experienced engineers what advice you can give to the person who is looking for a job as a fresher?

- dabble with AI and build small-size ML models. It would help with the engineering side too.
- Acquire as many skills as possible technically(fullstack dev, AI/ML pipeline/engineering, cloud arch, etc)
- join tech communities and contribute to others ideas.
