Using AI in business applications

So now that something like 90% of PH submissions have AI in the title, it's time to ask - why is is AI still not common in business applications? I'm thinking about CRMs and dashboard tools like Hubspot, Monday.com, or even Slack. Building a B2B AI tool, I've been thinking about this a lot. When I came across AI21's product launch of Spices a few weeks ago, it made a lot of sense - it's like ChatGPT - but you keep control. I started thinking about how tolerant consumers are to AI mistakes, versus how intolerant businesses are to the same blunders. I contacted AI21 and wrote a short post about it for their blog, and since this conversation started on PH, it makes sense to continue it here - which hardcore B2B apps do you know that use AI extensively?
