@psd Thanks for your answer! I completely agree that learning from others and mentoring can be mutually enriching. And establishing clear boundaries between work and personal time is crucial for a healthy work-life balance. Personally, I've found that having a hobby has helped me clear my mind, gain perspective, and be more focused at work.
